IMAGINE SOMETHING DIFFERENT

Want this
to be you?

  • I don’t think about food all day.
  • I lose weight without the struggle.
  • I’m not on a diet — this is simply how I live.
  • I feel good about the way I look.

This can be you!
We don't usually think about how Chazal want us to eat. Until now.

Join us on The Fit Jew Ladies Show! Come hear what Chazal say about healthy eating and weight loss, and how you can eat yummy food and stay healthy, in a way that works with frum life.

I think a lot of people are just overwhelmed in general and don’t have the clarity of why they eat, what they eat. My goal when I joined The Fit Jew was that I would lose the weight, and I lost much more than I even dreamed of. What I also got, what I never imagined that I could get, was the sense of empowerment and that this is something that I can control.

Meet your presenters

Rabbi Kigel, Founder of The Fit Jew

Rabbi Kigel

Founder of The Fit Jew

Rabbi Kigel is a kiruv rabbi on college campuses in NYC who believes in every Jew. When he realized how much the way we eat affects our health, he searched halachah for a simple plan and found its basis in Shulchan Aruch and Mishnah Berurah, siman 157. That became the foundation of the Eat Like Chazal lifestyle, and over 800 frum men have successfully followed this program in the last five years. They lost ten pounds in the first 21 days, and most have continued to lose and keep the weight off.

Hi, I’m Dalia Lutz!

Fit Jew Women’s Coach

When I started coaching women over two years ago using my father's incredible program, I thought, we run our entire life according to halacha and what the Torah tells us — why should our eating be any different? Women love that this “diet” is based on Chazal, and made with the frum woman’s lifestyle in mind. They have so much more energy to do all the millions of things we women juggle, and they feel so good. And beautiful. BH, over 200 women have successfully followed this program.

  5. 05

The Fit Jew has changed my life. Though I had tried many diets, I was unable to get to my goal weight for the past six years. In 6 months since joining The Fit Jew, I reached my goal of losing 28 pounds, and I have been able to keep it off! I fit into all my clothes again and feel fantastic.
